SnowRunner Miyuki’s base tweak v1.0.0

This file contains the following modifications i’ve made.
– all trucks unlock
– regions unlock
– winches at 50 & 75 meters length and can operate while engine is off
– superbright led blue-white headlight beams
– big and mini cranes upgraded
– accessories (expect for some decorations) unlock
– all other trucks that uses the same engines, parts, suspensions, tires, sounds on the vehicles listed below will also benefit from the modification.

increased engine torque by 40%
aat-8v 5.2 custom engine modified for maximum power to weight ratio
improved durability and fuel consumption
increased fuel tank capacity from 95 to 380 (apache)
increased fuel tank capacity from 80 to 320 (ck1500)
doubled roofrack’s fuel and repair parts
doubled trunk’s fuel and repair parts
blue-white headlights
improved traction especially on mud and snow tires
voice assistance added
install diff lock (ck1500)
additional body colors / new set of paint colors
added more tire options
added active suspension
added trailer hitch (apache)
